Biography :

Mohamed Moussaoui ( b.April 1, 1964) is a mathematician and a unniversity lecturer of Moroccan origin. He was elected to become the President of the French Muslim Council. Vice President of the assmbly of Moroccans in France he has succeeded Dalil Boubakeur as rector of the mosque of Paris.

Married to Khadija and has three children. He was born in the town of Figuig in Morocco. His current job has been as a senior lecturer at the University of Avignon.
