Ayo in full Joy Olasunmibo Ogunmakin (born September 14 ,1980) is a Nigerian singer-songwriter .
She uses the pseudonym Ayo which means joyful in Yoruba. She was born near Cologne, Germany to a Nigerian father and a Gypsy mother from Romania.
